On March 24, Herbert Butler was convicted of robbery. Mr. Butler gave the female victim a ride to the store. After she visited an ATM, Mr. Butler did not take her home as promised. He took her to a parking lot, where he shoved her and took her money. Although the victim did not know Mr. Butler’s real name at the time, she recognized his photograph while looking through a magazine that had pictures of wanted individuals. After recognizing his picture, she notified the police. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 11. ### |
